“FALL of BLACKBEARD” Scenario Game
PUMPER’S PANDEMONIUM
PUMP/PISTOL/MAGFED EVENT
JULY 6/7/8, 2018

Okay guys it’s time to bring some old school fun back to Scenario Paintball. This event will be Pump, MagFed, and Pistol only. No FSR or Box Mags. It is time for Captain Blackbeard to take on the British Navy. Amongst 11 Mission battles there will be various other points given out for doing things such as dressing up, acting out, or completing various other random shenanigans.

After missions are complete there will be a brief intermission from 5-5:30 for a quick fill on air and paint then on to a final battle like never before! There will be cannons, there will be swords, we will make allies and watch some allies turn into enemies. Who knows, maybe thy enemies may just turn out to be thy friend. A penalty system will be in place as well, so don’t be the person to cost your side points!

After the Event Play is over for the day, ENJOY EMR’s OTHER AMENITIES such as Outdoor Volleyball, Horseshoes, Cornhole, Kan Jam, Bocce Balls, and the traditional Bon Fire plus Ping Pong, Beer Pong, Foosball, and Cards upstairs in our full Rec. Center. Our On-Site RC Track will also be open Both Friday and Saturday Evenings for Racing under the Lights. The EMR Store now Carries ICE, FIREWOOD, CAMPING SUPPLIES, and SPORT SMOKE along with Food, Snacks, Beverages, and Paintball/Airsoft Equipment!

Pricing

All Prices include 6% PA Sales Tax. Entry for this Exciting Weekend is Only $50 and BLUE’S CREW Custom VALKEN Field Paintballs are only $65 per Case of 2000 and $20 per Bag of 500 if Pre-paid by 6/24/18 and includes the entire Weekend of Pump Paintball Excitement and 500 PAINTBALLS! Entry is FREE for Season Passholders, all ACTIVE US & Canadian MILITARY if Pre-regged by 6/24/18, however does not include the 500 paintballs.

You can also PRE-PAY SPORTS SMOKE by 6/24/18 at the Discounted Price of $10.00 ea or 6 for $58 for the Tactical Smoke Grenades (TSG) and $20 ea or 6 for $115 for the Battlefield Smoke Grenade (BFG).

Entry is then $55 and Cases of Paint $70 and Bags of Paint $22.50 until 7/1/18. All Entries include choice of Unlimited CO2 & Compressed Air or the Standard Rental Package consisting of a TIPPMANN Semi-Auto Marker, Goggles, CO2 Bottle, and unlimited CO2.

Entry at the Event is $60 for the Weekend and Paintballs will be $75 per Case of 2000 and $25 per Bag of 500.Smoke will be $11 each for TSG or 6 for $58 and $21 each for BFG or 6 for $115. EMR is a FIELD ONLY PAINTBALL FACILITY!

BUNKHOUSE Lodging costs $10 Per Person to stay in for the Entire Event and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a spot. To reserve Your Own Private Bunkhouse, the cost is $100 for the Entire Event plus a Refundable $50 Deposit and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a Private Bunkhouse.

The Deposit will be refunded after being checked by an EMR Employee if they find no Damage or Graffiti and the Bunkhouse is left Clean. Be sure to have your Bunkhouse Checked before Leaving! Deposits will be refunded via Paypal within 10 days after the event is over. If you do not Reserve Your Own Bunkhouse and just pay for Individuals, you will be assigned to a bunkhouse and may have to share it with other players. Walk-on players are not guaranteed spots in Bunkhouses or Private Bunkhouses.

Each Bunkhouse is 15’ x 30’ with 8’ high ceilings and they have twenty-one 32” x 81” Wooden Bunks that are stacked three high along the walls. There are two windows for ventilation and lights in the ceiling. Most of them have one electrical outlet that is Strictly for charging Phones, Batteries, or running Sleep Machines. No Electric Fans, Coffee Makers, Electric Heaters, etc. are allowed. We recommend bringing Sleeping Bags, Pillows, and Air Mattresses/Sleeping Pad for your stay and if it is cold, a Propane or Kerosene Indoor Heater. No Fires are allowed within 10’ of any Bunkhouse and must be contained in a Raised, Completely Covered Fire-Pit sitting Only On Dirt or Stone, not a deck.

CAMPSITES for Tents and Campers are 20’ x 20’ and Cost $10 Per Campsite for the Entire Event. More than one site may be reserved at $10 Per Site.

RV SITES are 20’ x 40’ and Cost $20 Per Site, however there are no water or electric hook-ups for the RVs. You must notify us if you wish to run a Generator past Midnight and if so, you will be assigned a spot apart from the Campgrounds. Walk-on players are not guaranteed Campsites or RV Sites.

All Campsites/RV Sites should be LEFT CLEAN with no Trash, Metal, or Glass left on the Site including in the Fire Ring. ALL DISPOSABLE PROPANE TANKS MUST BE PLACED IN SPECIFIED CANS! Please put all Trash in Trashbags and break down all Paintball and other Boxes Flat and leave beside the road at the front of your Campsite/RV Site when leaving. You may pick up FREE Trashbags in the store if needed. If your Campsite/RV Site is left a mess, You and your team will not be allowed to rent Sites in the Future.

All Fires Must Be Contained within a Fire Ring! There are several Fire Rings located at the Campsites and are available on a First Grab, First Get Basis, so you might want to bring your own. Firewood and Ice are sold at the EMR Store.

There is running Water with Hoses at various locations throughout the Event Park including a Triple Sink by the Picnic Pavilion, Equipment Cleaning Station, Water Mister for Cooling Off, Four Cold Water Showers for Rinsing Off, and Porta-Johns for Toilets.

Any Teams or Groups of Players that would like to Rent Their Own Porta-John for the Weekend, can reserve it by calling Yvonne at Suburban Septic at (888) 775-3693 or (607) 775-3693. You should bring your own padlock if you wish to lock it.

For Hot Showers there is a Flying J Truck Stop one exit below our exit on Rt. 81 that offers Shower Facilities and a Dinner Buffet. You may also use the Shower Facilities at Montrose Campground for $5 that is located at 403 Pratt Road, New Milford, PA 18834 if you bring your own Towel and Soap.

Players that are staying overnight are welcome to arrive anytime on Friday of the Event and stay until that Sunday evening of the Event.

NO DOGS ALLOWED ON EMR FACILITY due to Insurance Regulations!

Lady Seahawk Will be a Non-Combative 3rd entity who will be on field all day creating opportunities for anyone to earn extra points.

As for Combative 3rd entities there will be 2 teams of privateers on field. Make deals with them to help yourself succeed but know they aren’t always the most trustworthy of people.

General Robert Maynard and his XO Alexander Spotswood are fighting for the all mighty Queen herself! England has had enough! They have declared war on all pirates. There are some hefty rewards for pirates captured dead or alive.

Captain Blackbeard and his trusty XO Calico Jack! The most feared of all pirates only out for one thing: TREASURE! Plundering and Pillaging their way through the seven seas and no regards to anything but they own.

Only Pump, Pistol, and Magfed Markers without Box Mags are allowed to be used this weekend and NO Full-Auto, Turbo, or Multi-Round Burst Modes permitted. All Markers must be chronoed at 275 FPS or lower and set at a Maximum of 12 balls per Second. Mortars can be used that shoot only paintballs, but must be fired at a 45 degree angle or higher and with a ref present. No equipment is allowed that fires a projectile, grenade, or balloon. No LAWS or Hand Cannons allowed that can fire more than one paintball at a time directly at a player. Hand Thrown Paint Grenades are allowed but recommend using colors other than Blue as Splatter does not count from paintballs. ONLY SPORT SMOKE is allowed to be used at EMR and cannot be thrown inside or within 20’ of the Castle Walls.

Minimum age required to participate in this Event is 10 years old. 10 and 11 year olds must have an adult of 18 years old or older accompanying them on the Event Field. All players under 18 years old must have a Liability Waiver/Medical Release completely filled out and signed by a Parent to Participate.

EMR’s own Jason Schwab will be there with SMOKIN J BBQ, which offers a delicious variety of Fantastic Smoked Food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. There is also a large variety of Premade Foods in the store such as Hot Pockets, Corn Dogs, Chimichangas, etc. plus an assortment of Snacks, Candy Bars, Soda, Energy Drinks, Water, and Gatorade. You may also bring your own food and grills to prepare food or go to one of the many restaurants and fast food places within 10 miles of EMR.

Game FPS is 275 fps. No Dead Man Walks are allowed in this game. No Barrel Tags are allowed in this game. No assassins allowed to be used on the other team. No directly shooting through a crack or opening in the walls less than 4” wide unless you are at least 5’ from the opening. Splatter does not count by paintballs. Grenade hits must amount to more than an accumulation of a quarter coin size. ONLY SPORT SMOKE is allowed to be used at EMR and cannot be thrown inside or within 20’ of the Castle Walls.

Rules

A Player is marked out if a paintball hits any part of his body or equipment and breaks. He is also out if in the process of moving a barrel or barricade and it is hit by a paintball that breaks. Grenade hits can mark out a player if there is an accumulation of paint that would cover a spot the size of a Quarter Coin in any color other than Blue, subject to a Ref’s Call. SPLATTER DOES NOT COUNT, no matter how much there is from paintballs, subject to a Refs Call. When hit, immediately yell OUT, put your Barrel Cover on your Barrel, raise your barrel in the air, and quickly make your way off the field. If you need help, call for a Ref.

NO PHYSICAL CONTACT AT ALL OR THE PLAYER WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE PREMISES AND POSSIBLY CHARGED WITH ASSAULT! NO SHOOTING UPWARD OR DOWNWARD THROUGH THE CRACKS IN THE FLOORBOARDS IN THE CASTLE!!! NO SHOOTING WITHIN 2’ DIRECTLY THROUGH ANY OPENING IN THE CASTLE WALLS THAT IS LESS THAN 4”’! NO BLIND FIRING!

ONLY EMR’s CUSTOM BLUE PAINTBALLS FROM VALKEN ARE ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT! ANY PLAYERS CAUGHT WITH OFF FIELD PAINT WILL BE EJECTED IMMEDIATELY FROM THE GAME!

THREE PUNCHES ON YOUR I.D. TAG AND YOU ARE OUT OF THE GAME. Your wristband will be taken as well as your I.D. Tag. I.D. Tag Punches will be given for Unsportsmanlike Conduct, Shooting a Marker over 275 fps, Overshooting, Acting in an Unsafe Manner or Endangering Others, Blind Shooting, Intentionally Shooting a Ref and failure to follow any of EMR’s rules. A player will receive two punches if they remove their mask, attempt to remove their mask, or attempt to lift their mask. We take safety and fair play very seriously. Make this a great game for all involved and be safe and courteous to all.
