Desert Fox Airsoft Events is coming back to EMR Event Park! Desert Fox Airsoft Events presents CITADEL ASSAULT 3! July 16-18, 2021 in New Milford, PA. In the not so distant future governments as we know them have ceased to exist. Giant corporations have taken their place and now engage in bitter armed conflict for control of territory and resources. The two biggest corporations, Eastern Royal Trading and The Southern Syndicate, first bitter economic rivals but now sworn enemies fight for domination around the world using specially recruited mercenaries. These mercenaries greatest tool is the BLUE FOX TRACKER. Developed exclusively for DESERT FOX AIRSOFT EVENTS, the BLUE FOX TRACKER integrates into their smart phone devices. The BLUE FOX TRACKER is part squad tracker, part communicator, and will allow each mercenary to track their position, their squads position and receive vital communications from their squad and chain of command.

Desert Fox Airsoft Events presents CITADEL ASSAULT 3 at EMR Event Park in New Milford, PN on July 16-18. On over 120 acres of land with 2x 3-story castles and 2x separate towns this will be an event you can’t miss! Registration opens Friday, April 23rd and will be $100. Q. Do I need to sleep outside? A. Nope! This is not a continuous event and hotel rooms are encouraged! Q. Where can I see a complete rulebook? A. http://www.desertfoxevents.com/ Q. What are the faction/camouflage rules? A. It is essentially a green vs tan, but with a twist. Each faction gets a unique accent color that each participant is required to wear, Eastern Royal Trading is red, while Southern Syndicate is blue/grey. These accent colors can be as small as a patch or arm band, or larger. Eastern Royal Trading uses Dark/Green based camouflage such as M81 Woodland, Multicam Tropic, OD Green, Tiger stripe, Woodland MARPAT, Multicam black, etc. Southern Syndicate uses Light/Tan based camouflage such as Multicam, Multicam Arid, Three Color Desert, Tan, Grey, etc. Q. What is the BLUE FOX TRACKER? A. The BLUE FOX TRACKER the first smartphone app dedicated to enhancing airsoft events is coming out soon. Developed exclusively for DESERT FOX AIRSOFT EVENTS the BLUE FOX TRACKER is part blue force/squad tracker, communicator and bulletin board and will change the way airsoft is played by streamlining and enhancing play. Q. What is the difference between MilSim West and Desert Fox Airsoft Events? A. MilSim West is a 40 hour long hard core wargaming experience. Desert Fox Airsoft Events is aimed at those looking for a fun and casual yet still professional airsoft event. Q. How is Jet involved, is he going to be at every event? A. Jet Desert Fox owns a majority stake in the company, so he will be at every event Q. What is the BLUE FOX TRACKER? A. The Blue Fox Tracker is our upcoming smartphone companion app available for iOS and Android and will operate much like the map and control system in video games. It will be allow players to view themselves. their squad and their teammates position in real time on a map as well as communicate with their squad, team mates and receive updates from game control. There will also be a more social aspect to the app where players can create profiles and win badges and prizes once our website fully launches. Q. What will the event format be like? How long is it? A. The event experience will start Friday with players being able to interact with sponsors and airsoft personalities. Game play will start Saturday morning and will run through to the evening where there will be a break for dinner before the optional night game and then the final scenario on Sunday morning.

SPORTS SMOKE If Pre-Paid by 7/5/21 to EMR, is at the Discounted Price of $14.00 ea or 6 for $80 for the Tactical Smoke Grenades (TSG) and $24 ea or 6 for $140 for the Battlefield Smoke Grenade (BFG).

BBs If Pre-Paid by 7/5/21 to EMR for 5000 BBs are $12 for .20, $19 for .25, and $24 for .28

ENTRY AT THE EVENT is $100, Sports Smoke TSG $15, & Sports Smoke BFG $25.

Registration / Product / Bunkhouse / Camping Refund Policy:
There are No Refunds given for Pre-Reg Entry, Accommodations, and Products. In the case of a cancellation or a reschedule of an event. Your registration will be moved to the reschedule date, to another EMR event of your choosing or you will receive a in store credit on any product currently in stock. ( This does not include any special order items)

OverNight

BUNKHOUSE Lodging costs $25 Per Person to stay in for the Entire Event if Paid For by 7/5/21 and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a spot. After 7/5/21 each bunkhouse spot is $30. To reserve Your Own Private Bunkhouse, the cost is $150 for the Entire Event if Paid For by 7/5/21 plus a Refundable $50 Deposit and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a Private Bunkhouse. After 7/5/21 it is $175 plus $50 Deposit.

The Deposit will be refunded via Paypal within 10 days of the event after the Bunkhouse has been checked by an EMR Employee and if they find no Damage or Graffiti and the Bunkhouse is left Clean. If you do not Reserve Your Own Bunkhouse and just pay for Individuals, you will be assigned to a bunkhouse and may have to share it with other players. Walk-on players are not guaranteed spots in Bunkhouses or Private Bunkhouses.

Each Bunkhouse is 15’ x 30’ with 8’ high ceilings and they have twenty-one 32” x 81” Wooden Bunks that are stacked three high along the walls. There are two windows for ventilation and lights in the ceiling. Most of them have one electrical outlet that is Strictly for charging Phones, Batteries, or running Sleep Machines. No Electric Fans, Coffee Makers, Electric Heaters, etc. are allowed. We recommend bringing Sleeping Bags, Pillows, and Air Mattresses/Sleeping Pad for your stay and if it is cold, a Propane or Kerosene Indoor Heater.

NO FIRES WITHIN 200’ OF ANY BUNKHOUSE except in Campsites. There is a Communal Bon Fire Pit by the Rec. Center for Player’s Enjoyment!

CAMPSITES for Tents and Campers are 20’ x 20’ and Cost $15 Per Campsite for the Entire Event if Paid For by 7/5/21  More than one site may be reserved at $15 Per Site. After 7/5/21 Each Site is $20.

RV SITES are 20’ x 40’ and Cost $40 Per Site if Paid For by 7/5/21, however there are no water or electric hook-ups for the RVs. You must notify us if you wish to run a Generator past Midnight and if so, you will be assigned a spot apart from the Campgrounds. Walk-on players are not guaranteed Campsites or RV Sites. After 7/5/21, RV Sites are $50 Each.

All Campsites/RV Sites should be LEFT CLEAN with no Trash, Metal, or Glass left on the Site. ALL DISPOSABLE PROPANE TANKS MUST BE PLACED IN SPECIFIED CANS! Please put all Trash in Trashbags and break down all Paintball and other Boxes Flat and leave beside the road at the front of your Campsite/RV Site when leaving. You may pick up FREE Trashbags in the store if needed. If your Campsite/RV Site is left a mess, You and your team will not be allowed to rent Sites in the Future.

All Fires Must Be small and containable. Campfires must be put out before you got to sleep. If you want to bring your own fire ring you may do so. Firewood and Ice are sold at the EMR Store.

There is running Water with Hoses at various locations throughout the Event Park including a Triple Sink by the Picnic Pavilion, Equipment Cleaning Station, Water Mister for Cooling Off, Four Cold Water Showers for Rinsing Off, and Porta-Johns for Toilets.

Any Teams or Groups of Players that would like to Rent Their Own Porta-John for the Weekend, can reserve it by calling Jack at Northeastern Sanitary at (607) 761-0071 or Yvonne at Suburban Septic at (888) 775-3693 or (607) 775-3693. You should bring your own padlock if you wish to lock it.

For Hot Showers there is a Flying J Truck Stop one exit below our exit on Rt. 81 that offers Shower Facilities and a Dinner Buffet. You may also use the Shower Facilities at Montrose Campground for $5 that is located at 403 Pratt Road, New Milford, PA 18834 if you bring your own Towel and Soap.

Players that are staying overnight are welcome to arrive anytime on Friday of the Event and stay until that Sunday evening of the Event.

NO DOGS ALLOWED ON EMR FACILITY due to Insurance Regulations!
