The Evil Penguins are tired of Elves being the heroes of Christmas are trying to ruin it for the Children. Santa and his Brigade must help save the toy factory from being taken over by the penguins as they try to take all the toys for themselves!

PRICING

Entry is $20 plus a toy ($20 value) if pre reg by 10/24/22.
Paintballs: $65 a case of 2000 rounds, $20 a bag of 500 rounds if pre reg by 10/24/22
(All Online Registration / Purchases close on 10/24. You be able to register / make purchase at the event.)

11am – Toy Conquest Starts

Game Play:

Insertions:

Evil Penguins Insertions / HQ will be located behind the Rec Center. The Evil Penguins must tag up at their HQ before entering the playing field. Campsite and Chrono entrances are NOT insertions for the penguins. There is an entrance to the left of the rec center for the Penguins. You may only exit the field at all 3 insertion points.

Santa’s Brigade HQ / Staging will be in the North Pole Village Behind the Toy Factor. The Brigade can enter the playing field at all 3 entrance points of the playing field but must tag up to their HQ before engaging in the battle.

Both Sides Start the game at their HQ’s. When shot out both sides must tag up at their HQ’s

Playing Field:

The Toy Factor will be divided up into 4 Quarters with a Flag Station on the outside of each tower corner. The penguins must raise the flag to be able to enter that section of the Factory. They will only be allowed to enter the walls not the courtyard at this time. Once all 4 flags are in the air then the penguins will have access to enter the courtyard. Each section will have 3 toys inside the lower walls (12 in total). If a flag is not in the air the penguins cannot touch the toys or enter that section until the flag is in the air. Once all 4 flags are in the air, the 12 presents in the courtyard, can be grabbed by the penguins. Toys and presents can only be touched by the penguins and Reindeer/Santa. They cannot hide or relocate toy/presents from their sections. Once the penguins have a toy or present, they must bring it to their Nest (Not their HQ) located in the Glacier City. Penguins cannot hide presents they must be taken to the nest.

Santa’s Brigade: (Santa, the Elves and Santa 9 reindeer) can go anywhere on the playing map and Toy factor. The Elves can defend the toys, presents, and flags but CANNOT touch them. Santa and Reindeer are the only ones that can touch toys / presents to bring them back to their factory sections. They can also lower the flags to close off an area of the factory but once all 4 flags are in the air, they cannot touch the flags. Reindeer can only carry one toy/present at a time, where Santa can carry multiple toys/presents back to the factory. Once the 4 flags are in the air, toys cannot be taken from the nest, but present can be unless the penguins find Santa’s Red Present Bag. Once Santa’s Bag is in the nest present must be placed in the bag to protect them from being taken.

Penguins, Santa and the Reindeer that are shot out while carrying toys / presents must dropped them where they were shoot out. Other Penguins / Reindeer can pick them up if they are still live players, but dead players must tag up at their HQ before they can touch any toys / presents / flags. The player raising or lowering a flag, while being shot out. The flag stays in that position until a live player changes it.

Santa and Reindeer cannot trade roles with other players thru out the day.

Outside the Toy Factory Props:

Candy Canes. Reindeer love to eat candy canes! Penguins need to Find a candy cane and turn it into the toy store. Candy Cane takes a Reindeer out of play taking away their reindeer powers. They will no longer be able to touch Flags, Toys or Present.

Penguin Eggs. Make Peace with the Penguins. Santa and the Elves must find penguin eggs. If a candy cane is turned in. Only Santa can turn in a penguin egg to get back his reindeer. One egg per one reindeer. Santa cannot turn in eggs if there have been no candy canes turned in.

Penguins cannot touch or hide penguin eggs, Santa/Reindeer/Elves cannot touch or hide candy canes.

Game Rules:

DEAD MAN’S WALKS AND BARREL TAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS GAME!

A Player is marked out if a paintball hits any part of his body or equipment and breaks.  He is also out if in the process of moving a barrel and the barrel is hit by a paintball that breaks.  Grenade hits can mark out a player if there is an accumulation of paint that would cover a spot the size of a 50 cent piece in any color other than Blue, subject to a Ref’s Call.  SPLATTER DOES NOT COUNT, no matter how much there is from paintballs, subject to a Refs Call.  When hit, immediately yell OUT, put your Barrel Cover on your Barrel, raise your barrel in the air, and quickly make your way off the field. If you need help, call for a Ref.

NO PHYSICAL CONTACT AT ALL OR THE PLAYER WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE PREMISES AND POSSIBLY CHARGED WITH ASSAULT!  NO SHOOTING UPWARD OR DOWNWARD THROUGH THE CRACKS IN THE FLOORBOARDS IN THE CASTLE!!! NO SHOOTING WITHIN 2’ DIRECTLY THROUGH ANY OPENING IN THE CASTLE WALLS THAT IS LESS THAN 4”’!  NO BLIND FIRING!!

ONLY EMR’s CUSTOM BLUE PAINTBALLS FROM GI Sportz ARE ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT!  ANY PLAYERS CAUGHT WITH OFF FIELD PAINT WILL BE EJECTED IMMEDIATELY FROM THE GAME!

THREE PUNCHES ON YOUR I.D. TAG AND YOU ARE OUT OF THE GAME AND PRIZE DRAWING.  Your wristband will be taken as well as your I.D. Tag.   I.D. Tag Punches will be given for Unsportsmanlike Conduct, Shooting a marker over 280 fps, Overshooting, Acting in an Unsafe Manner or Endangering Others, Blind Shooting, Intentionally Shooting a Ref and failure to follow any of EMR’s rules .  A player will receive two punches if they remove their mask, attempt to remove their mask, or attempt to lift their mask.  We take Safety and Fair Play very seriously at EMR. Make this a great game for all involved and be safe and courteous to all.

PLAYERS CANNOT: climb trees, ladders, or walls, only steps with hand-rails. THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR: Explosives, Fireworks, Knives, Tools, Alcohol Use, or Drug Use during the game. The firing of Cannons and LAWS must be coordinated with a referee and can only be used as artillery shooting paintballs and must be fired at a 45-degree angle: No direct fire.  Paint grenades are allowed as long as they are the balloon type and DO NOT contain blue paint. Paint Grenades can only be thrown by hand and not by any devices (Sling Shots, Lacrosse Sticks, LAWS, Mortars, etc.).

EQUIPMENT

Only Semi-Auto and Pump Markers are allowed and NO Full-Auto, Turbo, or Multi-Round Burst Modes permitted.  All Markers must be chronoed at 280 FPS or lower and set at a Maximum of 12.5 balls per Second. Mortars can be used that shoot only paintballs, but must be fired at a 45 degree angle or higher and with a ref present.  No equipment is allowed that fires a projectile, grenade, or balloon. No LAWS or Hand Cannons allowed that can fire more than one paintball at a time directly at a player.  Hand Thrown Paint Grenades are allowed but recommend using colors other than Blue as Splatter does not count from paintballs. ONLY SPORT SMOKE is allowed to be used at EMR and cannot be thrown inside or within 20’ of the Castle Walls.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum age required to participate in this Event is 10 years old.  10 and 11 year olds must have an adult of 18 years old or older accompanying them on the Event Field.  All players under 18 years old must have a Liability Waiver/Medical Release completely filled out and signed by a Parent to Participate.

SPECIAL RULES

Game FPS is 280 FPS.  No Dead Man Walks are allowed in this game.  No Barrel Tags are allowed in this game.  No assassins allowed to be used on the other team.  No directly shooting through a crack or opening in the walls of Castle Eclipse less than 4” wide unless you are at least 5’ from the opening.  Splatter does not count by paintballs.  Grenade hits must amount to more than an accumulation of a quarter coin size. There is Constant Insertion for both Sides.  ONLY SPORT SMOKE is allowed to be used at EMR and cannot be thrown inside or within 20’ of the Castle Walls.

Camping and Bunkhouses

BUNKHOUSE Lodging costs $25 Per Person to stay in for the Entire Event if Paid For by 10/24/22 and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a spot.  At the event each bunkhouse spot is $30.  To reserve Your Own Private Bunkhouse, the cost is $150 for the Entire Event if Paid For by 10/24/22 plus a Refundable $50 Deposit and should be reserved in advance with Pre-Registration to guarantee a Private Bunkhouse. At the event it is $200 plus $50 Deposit.

The Deposit will be refunded via Paypal within 10 days of the event after the Bunkhouse has been checked by an EMR Employee and if they find no Damage or Graffiti and the Bunkhouse is left Clean. If you do not Reserve Your Own Bunkhouse and just pay for Individuals, you will be assigned to a bunkhouse and may have to share it with other players.  Walk-on players are not guaranteed spots in Bunkhouses or Private Bunkhouses.

Each Bunkhouse is 15’ x 30’ with 8’ high ceilings and they have twenty-one 32” x 81” Wooden Bunks that are stacked three high along the walls.  There are two windows for ventilation and lights in the ceiling. Most of them have one electrical outlet that is Strictly for charging Phones, Batteries, or running Sleep Machines. No Electric Fans, Coffee Makers, Electric Heaters, etc. are allowed.  We recommend bringing Sleeping Bags, Pillows, and Air Mattresses/Sleeping Pad for your stay and if it is cold, a Propane or Kerosene Indoor Heater.

NO FIRES WITHIN 200’ OF ANY BUNKHOUSE except in Campsites.  There is a Communal Bon Fire Pit by the Rec. Center for Player’s Enjoyment!

CAMPSITES for Tents and Campers are 20’ x 20’ and Cost $15 Per Campsite for the Entire Event if Paid For by 10/24/22.  More than one site may be reserved at $15 Per Site.  At the event Each Site is $20.

DOUBLE CAMPSITES for tents / pop up campers are A-J are 20′ x 50′ and Cost $40 Per Campsite for the Entire Event if Paid For by 10/24/22.  More than one site may be reserved at $40 Per Site.  At the event Each Site is $50.

RV SITES are 20’ x 40’ and Cost $40 Per Site if Paid For by 10/24/22, however there are no water or electric hook-ups for the RVs. You must notify us if you wish to run a Generator past Midnight and if so, you will be assigned a spot apart from the Campgrounds. Walk-on players are not guaranteed Campsites or RV Sites.  At the event RV Sites are $50 Each.

All Campsites/RV Sites should be LEFT CLEAN with no Trash, Metal, or Glass left on the Site including in the Fire Ring.  ALL DISPOSABLE PROPANE TANKS MUST BE PLACED IN SPECIFIED CANS!  Please put all Trash in Trashbags and break down all Paintball and other Boxes Flat and leave beside the road at the front of your Campsite/RV Site when leaving. You may pick up FREE Trashbags in the store if needed. If your Campsite/RV Site is left a mess, You and your team will not be allowed to rent Sites in the Future.

Campers can have small fires at their campsite. They must be put out before you go to sleep at night. NO fires at the bunkhouses.  Firewood and Ice are sold at the EMR Store.

There is running Water with Hoses at various locations throughout the Event Park including a Triple Sink by the Picnic Pavilion, Equipment Cleaning Station, Water Mister for Cooling Off, Four Cold Water Showers for Rinsing Off, and Porta-Johns for Toilets.

Any Teams or Groups of Players that would like to Rent Their Own Porta-John for the Weekend, can reserve it by calling

For Hot Showers there is a Flying J Truck Stop one exit below our exit on Rt. 81 that offers Shower Facilities and a Dinner Buffet.  You may also use the Shower Facilities at Montrose Campground for $5 that is located at 403 Pratt Road, New Milford, PA  18834 if you bring your own Towel and Soap.

Players that are staying overnight are welcome to arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday of the Event and stay until that Sunday evening of the Event.

DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON EMR FACILITY due to Insurance Regulations all dogs must be on a leach and have a muzzle on. no exceptions except for certified service dogs

ALCOHOL

Adults of legal drinking age that are playing are allowed to consume Alcoholic Beverages up to 12am Saturday morning and on Saturday Evening from Game Stand-Down until 12am Sunday morning. Sunday consumption of alcohol is prohibited until after the end of play each day.

All cans or bottles must be in a “Koozie” or other container cover. This is solely in the interest of not flaunting the consumption of alcohol in pictures or to patrons. Any consumption of alcohol by anyone that is playing between 12am Saturday and end of play on Saturday and between 12am Sunday and 2pm Sunday will be considered grounds for immediate ejection from the property with no refund. Any consumption of alcohol by minors, or providing alcohol to minors, will be grounds for immediate ejection from the property with no refund, and the local authorities will be alerted.
