EMR delivers the ultimate paintball experience — fun, safe, competitive, and built for every style of player. Whether you’re rolling in with family, friends, a birthday crew, a bachelor group, or your entire team from work, our Private Group Package gives you everything you need for an unforgettable day on the field without blowing your budget on individual gear.

Our private groups start at a minimum of 10 players. Why ten? Because real paintball comes alive at 5‑on‑5, the standard format that creates the perfect balance of action, strategy, and teamwork. Anything smaller turns into hide‑and‑seek instead of the adrenaline‑charged paintball experience you came for. Ten players ensures every match feels like the real deal — fast, exciting, and fully immersive.

Private Group Package

Up to 10 people : $499 (with a $199 deposit to secure Date and Time.Pricing does not include tx and processing fees)

This package is for ages 12 years old and up

This Package includes Private Playing Field for a 3 hour duration with your own personal Ref Staff.

Rental Equipment ( Comfortable Thermal Lens Goggles, Paintball Marker with Tank and Hopper and 500 Rounds for each person. You can PREPAY for extra cases of 2,000 paintballs, during  registration, for $65 a case of paint.

Have more than 10 players? No problem! It’s just $49 per person up to 24 people. For 25+ players the price drops to $45 a person

( Can’t get 10 but would like to still have a private group? Thats ok Standard fee still applies but you get the paint from the missing people to share with the group)

Additional Rounds may be purchased during your session. $25 per bag of 500 Paintball Rounds , $75 a case of 2000 Paintball Rounds.

To keep your experience running smoothly, we encourage all groups to arrive 30–40 minutes before their scheduled session. This gives us time to handle waivers, check‑in, gear purchases, and your safety briefing — all before the action starts — so your entire session is dedicated to pure play time.

Once your session wraps up, you’re welcome to hang out as long as you’d like. We just ask that everyone remains respectful of the next group arriving so they can enjoy the same seamless experience.

A $200 deposit is required to secure your time and date. The deposit will be added towards the final balance at the time of check in.  Cancellations need to be done 72 hours(3 days) before schedule date of play to gain refund of deposit back or may reschedule for a future date. Cancellations after 72 hours(3 days) of schedule date will forfeit full deposit.

We are no longer taking private groups for the remainder of the 2026 Season. With the season coming to a close Nov. 1st. We will be focusing on the remainder of our event schedule and focusing on winter preparation. We thank everyone that booked with us in 2026. We had a lot of fun creating fun new memopries with you and looking forward to creating more in the future. 2027 Info will be released at the end of the year.
